Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
